How long does the whole process take?+
From order to move-in typically takes 10–16 weeks: 8–12 weeks for production, plus 2–4 weeks for shipping and installation.
Do I need planning permission?+
Requirements vary by country and location. In many cases, SmartSpace homes can be placed without formal planning permission as temporary or portable structures. Our team will advise based on your delivery location.
What site preparation do I need?+
Minimal preparation is required. You'll need a level, stable base (concrete slab, compacted gravel, or ground screws), access for a standard flatbed truck, and utility connections nearby.
Can I relocate my SmartSpace home later?+
Absolutely — this is one of the biggest advantages. The home can be folded back to transport size and moved to a new location using a standard flatbed truck.
What payment options are available?+
We accept bank transfers and can connect you with financing partners. Standard structure: 30% deposit at order, 40% at production start, and 30% upon delivery.
